I placed an order on March 2nd, paid for it, and received an email stating it would ship ASAP. That hasn't happened, I haven't received any responses to my emails to their customer service email address, and the "chat" feature never gets any response except automated. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. It's sad.
Ordered fittings a month ago, should have received shippment over a week ago according to their shipping notification. Never arrived, tracking numbers are not recognized by shipper, extremely difficult to contact anyone at HotRodLLC. After 3-days of trying, finally received a text stating, the one person who works in the department had been sick and would get back with me the next day. NEVER HAPPENED! CUSTOMER SERVICE is non-existent and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY FITTINGS or an expected deliver date. DON'T PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS, you won't get what you pay for!!!
Never got them.UPS tracking shows waiting to be picked up. Emailed twice about issue and no response.
I never got them.. no tracking, no communication.. I even emailed the customer care link and still get nothing.. iv ordered a lot from this company with no issues but the last year it has really gone downhill.. disappointing because there products are nice are really look great and work well.. so unfortunately a one star.. it’s been over a month and no communication on where the fittings are
