Add a clean, serviceable 1/8" NPT pressure port anywhere in your plumbing. This adapter converts AN, ORB, or NPT connections to a convenient 1/8" NPT gauge/take-off port—perfect for fuel pressure gauges, sensor senders, or diagnostics on EFI systems.

Select your base connection in the options: AN (flare), ORB (O-ring boss), or NPT (tapered). All versions provide a 1/8" NPT side port for gauges/senders.

Choose your base connection

  • AN (flare) → 1/8" NPT port: in-line with PTFE hose & AN ends for tidy installs.
  • ORB (O-ring boss) → 1/8" NPT port: ideal on regulators, filters, and fuel rails.
  • NPT (tapered) → 1/8" NPT port: add a gauge port to NPT-based hardware.
  • Accurate monitoring: mount a mechanical gauge or sensor where it actually matters.
  • Service-friendly: standardized 1/8" NPT port for gauges, transducers, or test lines.
  • Clean integration: avoids clumsy tees and stacks of adapters.
  • PTFE system ready: pairs perfectly with PTFE hose and AN fittings for EFI builds.

Install tips:
  1. AN flare: no sealant on the flare. Hold the base with soft aluminum vice jaws; tighten with an aluminum AN wrench.
  2. ORB: lightly oil the O-ring; thread by hand to seat the O-ring. Do not over-torque.
  3. NPT threads: use a fuel-safe thread sealant or PTFE paste on the NPT threads only (not on AN/ORB). Avoid tape shreds entering the system.
  4. Install the gauge/sender into the 1/8" NPT port with sealant as specified by the gauge manufacturer.
  5. For EFI, run a 10 micron or finer (≤10 μm) filter on the pressure side and pressure-test after assembly.

PTFE hose tip: when cutting braided PTFE hose, wrap the cut area tightly with tape before shearing; remove tape after seating the olive/ferrule. See our install guide.

Important: For fuel system use. Not for brake or power steering.

Will this work on my regulator/fuel rail?
Yes—choose the base that matches your port (AN flare, ORB O-ring, or NPT). All versions provide a 1/8" NPT gauge/sender port.
Do I need thread sealant?
Use fuel-safe sealant on NPT threads only. Do not use sealant on AN flares or ORB O-rings.
Is a plug included for the 1/8" NPT port?
If you need to cap the port, add a 1/8" NPT plug from our adapters collection.
