Aeromotive A1000 Gen II EFI Fuel Pressure Regulator — Return-Style

Stable EFI fuel pressure for serious builds. The A1000 Gen II is adjustable 40–75 PSI, boost-referenced 1:1, and purpose-built for A1000-class pumps and below. Choose your port size (ORB-06, ORB-08, or ORB-10) to match your line size and flow needs. All models include a dedicated 1/8" NPT gauge port and an ORB-06 return.

Which model do I need?

13138 — ORB-06
Best with -6 AN feed/return on street/strip EFI up to A1000-class pump flow.
13139 — ORB-08
Common choice for -8 AN plumbing and higher fuel demand.
13140 — ORB-10
For big -10 AN feeds or long, high-flow return systems.

Compatibility & plumbing

  • Return-style EFI systems (single or dual rails). Works NA or boosted.
  • Ports are ORB (O-ring boss): seal with O-rings—no tape/paste on ORB threads. Use AN hose ends on the flare side.
  • Size feed/return to pump output: -6 AN for moderate flow, -8 AN common on higher output, -10 AN for maximum feed capacity.

Install notes

  • Plumb pump → rails → regulator → tank (return on the bottom port).
  • Set base pressure with the vacuum/boost line disconnected, then reconnect for 1:1 rising rate.
  • Mount away from heat and moving parts; use the included bracket.
